Chalet Nussbräch is centrally located and only minutes’ walk to all the restaurants, bars, nightclubs, ski shops, supermarkets, sports centre, the First cable-car station and the train station for the Kleine Scheidegg ski area. There is no need to depend on buses or a car to access all the winter and summer sporting activities this wonderful mountain village has to offer.A short pedestrian path leads from the private parking place to the property, a traditional timber chalet offering a sunny, south-westerly facing garden, balconies and fabulous open views of farmland, meadows and the Eiger. Comfortable, cosy and light, Chalet Nussbräch is laid out over three floors. On the upper floor, all three twin-bedded rooms open on to a balcony. There are two large bathrooms with bath and shower and on the landing, a book and DVD library.The main floor offers an entrance hall, shower room with toilet and a spacious open-plan living space tastefully decorated and furnished with antiques. There is an open fireplace and complimentary fire-wood. Internet TV / CD player / ipod dock / WiFi are all provided. The pine fitted-kitchen has a breakfast table and all the cooking equipment you will wish for. The main floor opens on to a large balcony with outdoor furniture and access to the garden. The lower floor houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and a room for drying clothes and boots. Skis, sledges and bikes can be kept in a storeroom beside the front door. Please note that there is a pond just in front of the house. Children should not be unsupervised.
